Koushik, in his role as head of Mindtree's India Business, engages with India Incorporated companies at the CXOs organizations, in identifying the right solutions, by leveraging thought leadership and professional eminence based on deep expertise in Change the business, Grow the business and/or Run IT transformation levers appropriately. He influences sales, through engaging with clients and by bringing in credibility to Mindtree value propositions.

He also actively involves in solution shaping, program orchestration and delivery assurance, and manage stakeholders across business and technology. He is actively involved in various communities and industry groups that are business focused or technical and has a good understanding of Digital, AI, Automation, RPA, Infrastructure, Managed Services, Transformation and Optimization Services.

He is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally. His vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success. He was responsible for providing consulting and implementation services in enterprise application, data center consolidation, resilient architectures, and IT infrastructure strategy as part of his past work experience. His experience spans across setting-up data center, remote operations center for BFSI, Retail, CPG and Manufacturing, Technology and Media Sectors, Leading and writing patented algorithm for proactive management (reducing the need for intervention) of infrastructure components.

He holds Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Bachelor of Technology in Computing with specialization in integration and analytical algorithms, and Master's in Business Administration.
