I have been doing this for the last 8 years with learnings taken from one company to the next.

One of the main strengths have been to put offshore teams together to work projects using technologies that are NOT run of the mill. Offshore delivery is an art. It not only involves training your team to understand what is expected by the folks on the other side of the globe. Many a times, the gap is more than technology skills. It also involves educating the people on the other side to understand that the people here are also nervous and have grown in a completely diff culture and they are trying to adapt to your work culture. I have done this for 10 years and enjoy doing this.

One of the passion is to take an idea and move it from just an idea and turn that into a product. Complete transformation from inception to production. Product Engineering gives the joy that no other work does.
